Kara and Chris - Rancho Las Lomas

WE LOVE WHAT WE DO! It is always such an honor to be a part of our couple's day, and experience the joy and love that everyone shares...it's a constant theme in our blogs...all the special moments we see and capture...memories that will always be there and that can be re-lived.

These two and their bridal party ROCKED! Kara and the girls were totally relaxed and stress-free while getting ready at the hotel. Chris and the guys were the nervous ones! They were really working hard at getting their ties just right, their neck hair shaved(!), and writing that special something in a card to go along with the roses for Kara.

The ceremony was one of the cutest I've seen, with the officiant starting things off having Chris say "I Chris promise to take you Kara...fishing"! He went into the real declarations right after, but everyone had a laugh (Chris LOVES to fish) and it really helped both of them relax. Everyone in the family was mentioned during the ceremony...and when the officiant talked about Kara's grandmother, and told her to "call me later"...oh my gosh the smile on her face and the little wave that she gave to him...priceless.

Just some of the cool details throughout the day...a cigar roller, beautiful flowers and lighting, toasts and tears, one of the most beautiful locations around Orange County, wonderful friends, and a night of dancing that was TOO MUCH FUN!!

Eat Drink be Married!

Emily and Daniel - Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel

Fireworks over the Pacific Ocean...Wonderful Toasts...A Sunset Ceremony...In-n-Out Burgers...Splash (an awesome band)...Beautiful Lighting and Decor...what a celebration these two had!

Catherine and Gregory - Millennium Biltmore Hotel

Catherine and Greg's day had SO MANY special moments...it's hard to pick out just a few! The stories that were told as everyone was getting ready...especially the one about the great-grandmother's jewelry, really stand out. They were married in their church with one of the most beautiful and special homilies given from their priest and teacher. Then on to the Biltmore for a spectacular reception. There was a painter who created a piece of art during the event, a video montage, Catherine's mom sang a family favorite, a special Coors toast (!)...just so many awesome moments.

If I had to pick a favorite moment though, it would have to be Catherine's face when she and Greg were pronounced husband and wife! Her eyes and her smile just totally said it all...you'll see in the clip below!!

Andi and Matt - Park Privera

These two are such a sweet couple! The ceremony took place at their church, and the reception was at the Robert Mondavi Wine Center. We had such a great time with them and their bridal party...fun shots on the Newport Pier between events, and more beautiful shots at the vineyard.

The reception was outdoors, and the dance floor was surrounded by all the tables. Both sets of parents gave such wonderful toasts...it was a perfect night that ended with a sparkler exit by Andi and Matt!

Bride Preparations & The First Look

Here's a clip from Christine and Dave's production. It was so sweet when her dad saw her for the first time...and then more tears when she and Dave saw each other!

Christine and Dave - Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel

We had such a wonderful weekend with this couple, from filming their rehearsal dinner through all the wedding day events!

The rehearsal dinner was at the Salt Creek Grill and included really sweet toasts from their friends and Christine's dad. It was super casual and intimate...at the end of the night Christine gave all the girls Spa Bags which included a full spa treatment at the Ritz the next morning!

Roses Roses Roses!! This pretty well describes the decor throughout the whole day. As one groomsman put it "there's a lot of unhappy guys in Orange County this weekend...not a rose to be found anywhere". That's because they were all at the Ritz! The ceremony was beautiful and included a dove release at the end. We went to the beach for some fun shots and then to the reception where everyone had an awesome time eating and drinking...and dancing their shoes off (all the women were given special dancing slippers) to the Wayne Foster band. It was an incredible celebration!
